The Ministry of Labor & Social Affairs announces that with the start of a US military offensive against Iraq, a 24-hour hotline telephone will be established to serve the high-risk population.
The list of persons targeted for the service includes but is not limited to the elderly, autistic, deaf, disabled, and chronically ill persons. The number to call is 1-800-50-60-60.

The Ministry of Industry has established a nationwide complaint hotline number, 1-700-500-705. The telephone service will operate between the hours of 09:00-15:00, permitting consumers to file complaints about price gouging, particularly pertaining to sealed rooms and related supplies.

This is an announcement concerning Kol Yisrael English language broadcasts usually heard on Reshet Alef station.
For the duration of the war in Iraq, English News will be heard four
times a day at the following times: 8am, 1:15pm, 7:30pm, midnight.
The broadcasts will be heard on 531 and 954 on the AM frequency and 101.3 on FM.
Overseas short-wave listeners can hear these broadcasts at 6, 11:15, 17:30, and 20 hours UTC.
Kol Yisrael English language broadcasts will continue to be available on the Internet at www.iba.org.il and at www.israelradio.org .
Reshet Alef will operate as a "silent channel." The only broadcasts
will be IDF announcements in the EVENT OF AN ATTACK ON ISRAEL ONLY.
The announcement will be broadcast in five languages, including
English.
In the event of an attack on Israel, additional instructions in
English will be heard on 531 and 954 on the AM, and 101.3 on the FM frequency.
Additional frequencies will be 91.3 FM in the center of the country;
100.2FM in the north, and 90.2 in the south.
At the end of the war, English News will return to the former times
on Reshet Alef.
