Not long ago, everything was normal for the Yaakobi family. They had five kids in the bustling Bukharim area of Jerusalem, and life was so good.

But five years ago, everything changed.

Mr. Yaakobi was always so exhausted and couldn’t understand why. What he didn’t know was that he had cancer. And by the time he found out, it was too late. At his funeral, no one cried harder than his five children. They loved their Daddy so much.

In recent months, doctors discovered cancer in Mrs. Yaakobi’s body as well. Chemotherapy has failed, and doctors are recommending biological treatment. However, its cost is high, and it is not covered by insurance.

“It’s all surreal,” Mrs. Yaakobi shared between tears.

“I will not be able to receive the treatment without help, and I will be forced to say goodbye to my five children, leaving them orphaned of both father and mother.”

Shoshana begs readers to help her survive so she can raise her young children, who are all between the ages of 8 and 15.
