Seven of the families of people who were killed in the suicide bombing that ripped apart the Moment cafe in Jerusalem exactly one year ago are suing the Palestinian Authority and PA Chairman Yasser Arafat for NIS 135 million, according to Israel Radio as reported by Israeli daily “Ha-aretz”.

The victims' families filed their claim in the Jerusalem district court on Sunday, saying that the attack was inspired and approved by the PA and was part of Arafat's policy of terrorism.

According to the claim, the families of the victims find it difficult to function following the attack and suffer from trauma and nightmares, Army Radio reported.

Eleven people were killed and about 50 wounded in the attack on the popular cafe in Jerusalem's Rehavia neighborhood, about 100 meters away from the prime minister's residence. The cafe was packed on the Saturday night of the bombing.
