Responding to yesterday’s terrorist strike in Haifa, the Security Cabinet has barred the Arabs of Judea, Samaria, and Gaza (Yesha), from crossing into the pre-1967 boundaries. Prime Minister Ariel Sharon summoned the inner cabinet to an emergency meeting late last night to discuss the Haifa suicide bombing.



The measure to preclude the entry of Yesha Arabs was taken as a precautionary step ahead of the impending U.S. war with Iraq.
