Israel has initiated an international charter against human bombs, often known as suicide murderers. The charter, a rough copy of which will soon be circulated among various world governments for their reaction, calls for the establishment of an international mechanism to fight against those who incite and support suicide terrorists. The charter will state that not only will a suicide attack be considered an international crime, but the same will go for incitement or aid to such. Foreign Ministry sources say that current international charters do not relate with sufficient gravity to the issue of suicide terrorists.
