The Jerusalem Magistrates Court has allowed Baruch Marzel to spend Shabbatot at home in Hevron. Several months ago, Marzel was banned from entering Yesha, including his home in Hevron, because of charges filed against him regarding his resistance to the dismantling of the Gilad Farm near Karnei Shomron last October. He will not be permitted to leave his house during the course of the Shabbat, and must leave the city on Saturday night. The decree against his return home still has two months to run.
