The residents of N\'vei Tzuf and the army have come to an agreement regarding the new outpost they established at the site of Friday\'s terrorist murder of Lt. Ya\'ir Nebentzal. The N\'vei Tzuf people brought a caravan to the site, resulting in a minor clash with special police forces. Finally, around 2 AM, Binyamin Commander Col. Ilan Paz confirmed that the residents could stay there until the end of the seven-day mourning period, and that the army will establish a permanent military position there afterwards.
