The Tikva Forum, which represents a contingent of families of the hostages, responded this evening (Wednesday) to the Hamas terrorist organization's release of a video showing Hersh Goldberg-Polin, a hostage who was kidnapped on October 7.

The organization called on the government to increase the military pressure on Hamas to secure the release of the 133 hostages still held in Gaza after more than 200 days.

"This video is another signal that Hamas is undeterred and wants to abuse us, the families of the abductees," the families said, adding: "Our hearts go out to the Goldberg-Polin family and we grieve with them for the cruelty and disgusting behavior of Hamas."

The families asked the media not to publish the documentation: "We request in every language of request that all media not cooperate with the Nazi propaganda videos."

"We expect the Prime Minister and the War Cabinet to stop dawdling and start using significant levers of pressure that will return Hersch and the rest of the hostages to their homes as soon as possible.

"There are many pressure levers for the return of the hostages that have not been used, such as the annexation of territories from the Gaza Strip, the cessation of 'humanitarian' aid, the occupation of the Philadelphi Corridor, and more," the Tikva Forum concluded.
