President Moshe Katzav said last night that no government has the right to cede the holy sites in Jerusalem, including the Temple Mount. He repeated this several times during his address at the traditional Jerusalem Day celebration at Yeshivat Merkaz HaRav Kook. Katzav also emphasized that there is and always will be full freedom for worshippers of all religions to pray at these holy sites.
