A grandstand collapsed in a synagogue in the Bayit VeGan neighborhood of Jerusalem this afternoon (Tuesday) during a post-Purim celebration.
The synagogue where the incident occurred belongs to the Amshinov Hasidic sect. The grandstand collapsed due to excess weight from all of the celebrants standing on it.
Medical teams treated four injured people at the scene. One man was moderately injured, while three were lightly injured.
