The victims of Friday\'s Netanya mall suicide bomber are: Miriam Wachsman, 51, of Hadera; Tirtzah Polonsky, 66, from Kfar Chaim (just north of Netanya); and David Yarkoni, 53, of Netanya. They were buried this afternoon. The funerals of the two other victims - Yulia Totokova, 19, and Vladislav Sorokin, 34, both new Russian immigrants living in Netanya - have not yet been set. Six-year-old Sasha Sorokin, whose father was killed, is in moderate condition. The lone victim who is in serious condition is the husband of the aforementioned victim Miriam Wachsman.
Only a few hours after Friday\'s suicide bombing in Netanya, Palestinian terrorists carried out another fatal attack, shooting to death Lt. Ya\'ir Nebentzal, 22, near his home community of N’vei Tzuf (Halamish). His mother Adina (bat Rachel), who was driving with him at the time, was wounded in the attack, and is listed in moderate condition; she underwent an operation on her shoulder this afternoon. Ya\'ir was laid to rest in the Segula Cemetery in Petach Tikvah this afternoon. N\'vei Tzuf resident Amy Rosenbluh told Arutz-7 today that there are constant shooting attacks in the area, several times a week: \"We have taken over the dangerous hilltop, and we plan to stay until the army is ready to take it over. We asked the army in the past to do so, and they told us they would, but in fact they did nothing; our response was, \'Are you waiting for someone to get killed?\' So here, someone has gotten killed, and now we\'re not leaving unless the army comes in and takes it over.\"
A 22-year-old Arab taxi driver has been arrested for driving the suicide terrorist from the Israeli-Arab town of Taibe to Netanya. He claims that he did not know the man\'s murderous intentions. Police have reinforced their presence along the Seam Line - between western Shomron and the cities of Kfar Saba, Hod HaSharon, Netanya, and environs.
Arutz-7\'s Haggai Seri spoke today with 16-year-old Ortal HaLevy, who, despite being hurt by the blast of Friday\'s Netanya explosion, still attempted to help others. Speaking with great emotion from her hospital bed, Ortal recounted,
\"I was on a bus, it stopped outside the mall, and from the window I saw the guard - someone I know - I saw him arguing with a man with a blue coat. I had no idea what was about to happen. Then the terrorist walked a few steps back, and then there was a terrible explosion, and I saw terrible things - pieces of flesh flying… The driver let us off quickly, and then I remembered that I had had a dream before that I would die in [a] terrorist attack. So I said to myself that if I\'m still alive, it must be in order to help other people. So I looked around and saw a mother and a baby, all charred and black - I hugged her, I became full of blood... then I ran to a man lying on the floor, he looked me in the eyes, and gave me his hand, and asked me to help, but I couldn\'t do anything… they told me later that he died... I can barely take it, knowing that I couldn\'t help him... I looked around and saw bodies on the street... Finally, I couldn\'t walk anymore, and I was hysterical, and they brought me to the hospital... I keep thinking that if I could have done something, maybe he would still be alive...\"
Seri: \"Ortal, you certainly know that these things - despite your amazing ability to get up from your wounds and help others, were not dependent on you... Can you tell us, maybe it\'s too early for you to say, but do you think that you will return to the mall?\"
Ortal: \"No. My mother was hurt in a previous attack... It\'s just too scary... I\'ll come to Netanya, but not to the mall...\"
