British Prime Minister Tony Blair will meet in Camp David today with U.S. President George Bush. The two leaders will apparently be finalizing plans for military action against Iraq. Blair said again that an attack on Iraq could take place without UN backing.



Chief U.N. weapons inspector Hans Blix said that he has not seen evidence that Iraq is keeping its promise to cooperate with the arms inspectors.
