Last night the Tekuma organization, which has already managed more than three successful initiatives during the Swords of Iron War, came out with another exciting initiative- providing comfort and showing solidarity to reservists' wives. The new project will help women whose husbands were drafted into the reserves for the war and they were left alone with the children.

Since the beginning of the Swords of Iron War, the wives of the soldiers, on active duty and reservists, are proving to be heroes day after day. These mothers are the ones who stayed behind for the sake of the people of Israel, for over a month, and bear the responsibility of taking care of the home, the financial load, and tending to the children. It's not at all easy. Tekuma has decided to pick up the gauntlet and support these heroic women. The project works as such that the higher the amount donated - the solider's family will receive a greater perk - starting with a toy for the child and a gift for the wife and ending with a box full of goodies in honor of the holy Shabbat.

The organization reports that mere minutes after the publication of the campaign, they already started receiving many inquiries from fighters and reservists who were moved by the project and the shared concern for those mothers. One of the owners shared, "Thank you very much. Well done for thinking about the women, the real fighters!"

The Tekuma organization stated, "These women are alone most of the time. During the day they are alone. On Shabbat they are alone. They face the great challenges of managing the home while the husband is fighting at the front. At night they pray and wait for him to return. We must be there for these women and for the children who are waiting for their father to return from the war. The Tekuma 2023 initiative invites you to take part in this blessed project. Every shekel donated will help purchase food packages and games for the soldiers' families!"
