Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Friday visited wounded IDF soldiers and their families in the Intensive Care Unit of Barzilai Hospital in Ashkelon.
The Prime Minister heard first-hand accounts by the fighters of the fierce battles they took part in and about their injuries, and thanked them for their heroism and bravery.
"We're not holding back and we're not stopping. Your friends that are now inside are hitting them hard," Netanyahu told the soldiers.
Netanyahu also visited the military base near Nahal Oz, which has been reopened after it was attacked by Hamas terrorists during the October 7 attack, and also met soldiers serving in the IDF’s 411th battalion.
“Kabbalat Shabbat at the Nahal Oz military base that was reopened in Camp Re’im, and then in the 411th battalion of the artillery. We continue together until victory. Shabbat Shalom to all our forces!”, he wrote.
