The TikTok social media app removed a video that was uploaded by MK Almog Cohen (Otzma Yehudit) in which he threatened Hamas leader Yahaya Sinwar.
In his address, MK Cohen calls the terrorist "al-Baghdadi," a reference to ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, who was eliminated in a US raid in 2019. "I wish to tell him in a phrase that he understands very well in Arabic, 'Illi biduq albab yisma' al jawab' - He who knocks on the door will also receive an answer," Cohen said.
"You knocked on our door; now you will get an answer. Very soon, your head will be on this table. And if you dare harm any of the hostages, we will attack you severely. Yahya Sinwar, we are the door to your hell."
The video, which went viral, received several hundred thousand views on social media, but TikTok removed it from MK Cohen's page and wrote that it was removed due to "violent behavior and criminal activity."
In response to the video's removal, MK Cohen stated: "During a war against a brutal Nazi enemy which commits horrible crimes against our nation in a sickening massacre, it is expected of the social media management to go 'under the stretcher' and with public diplomacy."
According to him, "At this time, the people of Israel are unified with our brave soldiers to strike and destroy the cursed Hamas terrorists from the most senior to the lowest. Only total annihilation, without mercy, will bring security to the residents of the State of Israel.
