Justice Department Director-General Aharon Abramowitz conducted a special hearing for Atty. Liora Glatt-Berkowitz this morning. The latter attempted to convince him to recommend that she not be indicted for having leaked word of the investigation against Prime Minister Ariel Sharon. Attorney-General Elyakim Rubenstein is of the opinion that Glatt-Berkowitz should be tried, while State Prosecutor Edna Arbel feels that disciplinary proceedings would suffice. Abramowitz will submit his decision within a few days.
