Former Prime Minister Naftali Bennett commented today on Instagram on the war in the south and the challenge of informing the world.

"We are in a lull between the terrible blow we suffered and the IDF attack. I want to say something to the mothers of the thousands of soldiers: the IDF will not just send soldiers into Gaza, the IDF is fully aware that ground moves are made with maximum protection for the lives of the soldiers. We are going a long way."

"In the near future, we will see enormous firepower brought to bear on Hamas while evacuating Gazan civilians from the area in order to isolate Hamas from the Gazans. This means that if until now we have received mercy and sympathy from the world, now we will see 'difficult' pictures from Gaza, and the process will take time, and we will need international backing for a long process - it could be weeks and maybe more," he said.

"That's why every Israeli citizen must participate in the diplomacy effort. That's why every Israeli video aimed at the world, including harsh images, you should distribute, share, send to your friends abroad."

"To emphasize that the enemy is a Nazi enemy, to use the expression. The only difference between Hamas and the Nazis is not in intentions but in capabilities. If we don't have a strong IDF, then we will go through a holocaust. As soon as we brand our enemy as a Nazi enemy, the conduct towards this enemy will be accordingly, and the world needs to understand that."

"I support the Israeli government in everything to do with the separation between Israel and Gaza. We are a nation of lions, so tell the stories of our heroism, of our people who fought under fire and saved lives. This is a nation of lions that lives on truth."
