The Pi Gelilot fuel depot was officially closed today, in compliance with a government order, but will continue to supply fuel for the next ten days, until the tanks are empty. Only gas will remain at the installation - but only for the coming 12-18 months. The gas companies will continue to own the installation's prime real estate, in the Herzliya area, on which hundreds of housing units are slated to be built.
