Transportation Minister Miri Regev spoke to Israel National News at the right-wing demonstration in Tel Aviv on Sunday evening, and described the power that the hundreds of thousands of demonstrators are giving to the ministers of the government.

"It's amazing to see the number of people who came. I'm sure the news reports will say that only a few dozen came. We're already used to it. We came here today to strengthen democracy, to tell everyone that tomorrow we're voting to reduce the use of the reasonableness doctrine and continue with the reform. There's a limit to everything," said Regev.

She stated that "demonstrations are fine, but we will not lend a hand to either refusal or violence. Tomorrow we are approving the reduction of the doctrine of reasonableness before going on recess. We will come back and make a change in the composition of the judges, and that’s what will happen."

"I think they are coming today to give a boost to the voting tomorrow. To tell the members of the Knesset 'we trust you', tomorrow we are voting in favor of the law," she concluded.
