Ever since he was a little boy, Aharon knew what he wanted to be.
From a young age, Aharon Berger possessed excellent communication skills and a burning desire to help others. So when it came to choosing his life path, it was clear that he was a born businessman. Aharon got married, started his own business, and had a beautiful family who admired their father’s talent and generosity.
But sometimes, the most successful people have the furthest to fall.
A few years ago, Aharon’s wife died in a terrible tragedy. His wife’s death simply broke him, and ever since, his physical health has deteriorated significantly.
Rabbi Berger’s son Moishe has shared in a moving letter how his life has been full of ups and downs, and how his father has always been his constant...But now, he can't sleep at night for fear of what heartbreaking news he may wake up to every morning. The saddest part is that the doctors know exactly which kind of treatments can save Aharon’s life, but he hasn’t been able to work in years, and they have nowhere near the amount needed to afford the treatments that his life directly depends on.
Rabbi Berger’s children pray that after all their father has done for the Jewish people, the Jewish people will be there for them during their most vulnerable time of need. They are currently very far from their goal, but they know that anything is possible. To send them a much-needed message of hope and to help save Aharon Berger, click here.
