In a recording filmed in recent days on a Wizz Air plane in Israel, a Ukrainian soldier with an amputated leg is seen boarding the plane only to be forced off at the request of the flight attendants.

The soldier was not able to take his seat due to his prosthetic leg. A flight attendant approached him and asked him to get off the plane. The soldier was recorded crying and asking: "How will I get home?"

Later, he got off the flight which continued without him to Warsaw. It turned out that he ended up falling down the stairs and injuring his hands. The flight crew told some of the passengers that the soldier had been disembarked due to improper conduct.

In response, the Hungarian airline was scolded online with one surfer writing: "Wizz Air, is this how you treat people who fight for you?" The surfer added: "It seems that your Hungarian heritage (has taken root)", this in reference to the fact that the Hungarian government has opposed the imposition of sanctions on Russia.

The airline responded to the surfer, tweeting back: "Hey! We apologize for this incident and are currently investigating it."
