Security officials held several meetings in recent days with civilian leaders in Judea and Samaria and warned them that "riots in the Palestinian villages can lead to a lynch or an abduction and the breakout of an intifada," according to a report by Channel 12.

In addition, the officials asked the leaders to try to prevent, to the best of their ability, radicals from entering PA-controlled villages.

On Wednesday, Defense Minister Yoav Gallant signed administrative detention orders for four right-wing activists. 15 others received restraining orders from Judea and Samaria.

In recent days 14 individuals were detained on suspicion they participated in riots in PA-controlled villages that began after the deadly terror attack near Eli, which claimed the lives of four Israelis. Seven of the detainees were released on limited terms, and seven are still being interrogated by the Shin Bet.
