A 77-year-old woman suffered head injuries when she was struck by stones thrown by terrorists in the village of Huwara in Samaria this afternoon (Tuesday). The attack occurred as the woman was driving through the village.
Mage David Adom (MDA) medics and paramedics treated the woman at the scene and evacuated her to the hospital in light condition.
Huwara has been the site of numerous terrorist attacks in recent months.
In February, brothers Hallel and Yagel Yaniv were murdered in a terrorist shooting attack in Huwara. In March, an Israeli man was seriously wounded in another terrorist shooting in Huwara, and two IDF soldiers were wounded in a third shooting attack in the village that same month.
Earlier this month, an Israeli man was wounded in a stabbing attack in Huwara. And on Sunday, a soldier was injured in a ramming attack in the village.
