The head of the Samaria Regional Council, Yossi Dagan, who was nearby, heard the shooting and rushed to the scene. "Again and again and again we encounter an ever-growing wave of terrorism led by the 'Palestinian Authority' and the terrorist in a suit, Mahmoud Abbas," Dagan charged.
