An unusual incident in the Harsina neighborhood in Hebron: A boy tried to cross the fence and was caught by the security forces who arrested him as he was standing on the fence. The residents of the Harsina neighborhood were asked to remain in their homes.

Initially, it was reported that the boy was an Arab who tried to climb the fence of the city below the Or Hebron Yeshiva and was caught. The boy was taken down from the fence, no explosive devices were found on him and it then turned out that he was Jewish.

At the time of the incident, the entrance road to the Harsina neighborhood was blocked and public transportation to the neighborhood was stopped.

After it became clear that the boy was Jewish, the all clear was given and the residents were allowed to leave their homes.
