Over the past week, the IDF "Olive Branches" humanitarian aid delegation has been operating in Turkey's earthquake-stricken areas, rescuing 19 people thus far. On Friday morning, the delegation began providing medical assistance to the injured in a local hospital in the city of Kahramanmaraş.

The IDF delegation, led by the Home Front Command and the Medical Corps, consists of representatives from the Ministry of Defense, Magen David Adom (MDA), the Fire & Rescue Authority, the Ministry of Health, the ZAKA International Rescue Unit and additional bodies.

The rescue and medical teams continue their search, medical assistance, and rescue efforts. The IDF is working and will continue to work at all times as long as needed to assist, save lives, and treat the victims of earthquakes.

Attached Is the Interim Summary Data of the IDF "Olive Branches" Humanitarian Aid Delegation's Activity (Participating Bodies, Equipment Allocated to the Victims and Teams, and the Civilians Who Were Rescued)

-Over 230 participants in the medical aid delegation.

-Over 150 participants in the search and rescue delegation.

-Hundreds of work clothes and winter equipment, such as jackets, storm suits, coats, gloves against the cold, brass hats, undershirts, and thermal pants.

-Approximately 30,000 heat packs.

-Thousands of undergarments (socks, underwear, and towels).

-Hundreds of beds and accommodation equipment for the search and rescue teams.

-Intensive care, surgery and patient admission beds, and equipment for medical imaging, laboratory, women's, children's, and orthopedics departments.

-Thousands of units of medicine, medical equipment, medical dressings, and various instruments alongside a range of medical kits.

-Unit 9900's specialty mapping team, which analyzes collapsed buildings in cooperation with the Home Front Command's "Agamim" Branch. The unit also mapped approximately 600 buildings at the destruction sites and has so far built approximately 300 models that assist the teams in the field.

-The IDF sent a satellite communication kit on a military Hummer jeep, which will assist the teams in the field by establishing a communication network.

-The medical delegation brought 7 tons of medical equipment to Türkiye, designated for operating, emergency, patient admission, and intensive care rooms, along with 10 tons of additional medical equipment. The medical delegation flew in approximately 10 tons of logistical and administrative equipment.

-15 Magen David Adom (MDA) personnel and four rescuers from the Fire and Rescue Services are participating in the delegation.
