Opposition MKs rushed to criticize the government after the State asked for its ninth delay in submitting its response to the Supreme Court on the issue of the illegal Bedouin outpost Khan al-Ahmar.

MK Ze'ev Elkin (National Unity party) responded: "A fully right-wing government? Really? It still hasn't decided what it wants to do with Khan al-Ahmar and needs time? And this is in the face of a petition that at the time Smotrich promoted on behalf of the Regavim movement. There must be serious concern over possible infiltration by the Muslim Brotherhood into the current coalition - how else can this be explained? Are Smotrich and Ben-Gvir still in the government?"

Former minister and Yisrael Beytenu chairman Avigdor Liberman wrote: "Where is the governance? There cannot be one law for the Jews and another law for the Arabs." He turned to ministers Bezalel Smotrich and Itamar Ben-Gvir and wrote: "Are you awake?"

Yisrael Beytenu MK Oded Forer said: "I had no expectations of Netanyahu. He already stopped the tractors in the field, after Lieerman gave the evacuation order. But where is the minister in the Ministry of Defense who demanded powers over Judea and Samaria, precisely for these cases? Where is the Minister of National Security? Does Settlement Minister Orit Strock know that she bears joint responsibility for the development of the Palestinian settlements?''

The State earlier asked for a four-month extension to submit its response. If the court grants its request, the State would have until June 1 to submit its response on the issue of Khan al-Ahmar.
