The Palestinian terrorists are not resting on their \"laurels.\" This morning they exploded two bombs near a Har Hevron Regional Council, between Otniel and Beit Haggai. No one was hurt, no damage was caused, but the road is presently closed. Kol Rina News Agency reports that the bombs went off seconds after the bus passed the spot. A Kiryat Arba resident was shot last night not far from there, and is listed in moderate condition. He suffered the loss of an eye in an Arab stoning attack several years ago.



Early this morning, the IDF thwarted another terrorist attack, this time in Gaza. Soldiers noticed an armed terrorist attempting to infiltrate into the greenhouses of Kfar Darom, and shot and killed him. The IDF spokesman announced that the soldiers\' quick action prevented an attack on soldiers and civilians.
