Is there a contradiction between Moshe's assertion that "You are children of Hashem, your G-d" and his follow-up statement that "you are a holy people to Hashem, your G-d, and Hashem has chosen you to be a treasured people for Him, out of all the nations that are upon the earth?"
What does it mean to be G-d's "treasured people?"
