The State Prosecution and Attorney-General Elyakim Rubenstein have instructed the police not to allow public protests outside the homes of State Prosecution officials. A group of right-wing protestors has been demonstrating outside the home of such an official recently, in protest of the ruling to prevent Baruch Marzel from returning to his home and family in Hevron for six months. The high-level legal officials concluded recently that the "freedom to protest does not include the freedom to assemble outside the home of a public servant if this can be done near his place of work." Early reports of the new policy were provided in Arutz-7 News last week.
