The State Prosecution and Attorney-General Elyakim Rubenstein have instructed the police not to allow public protests outside the homes of State Prosecution officials. A group of right-wing protestors has been demonstrating outside the home of such a worker recently, in protest of the ruling to prevent Baruch Marzel from returning to his home and family in Hevron for six months. The high-level legal officials concluded recently that the "freedom to protest does not include the freedom to assemble outside the home of a public servant if this can be done near his place of work." Hints of the new policy were reported on Arutz-7 last week.
