Defense Minister Sha'ul Mofaz met in New York last night with UN Secretary-Gen. Kofi Anan. The latter demanded that Mofaz carry out a comprehensive investigation in to the death last month of a UN worker in Jenin, and transfer more money to the Palestinian Authority. Mofaz, for his part, raised the issue of the Hizbullah threats from Lebanon and the aid granted the terrorists by Iran.
