Strong rain is falling throughout the north this morning, hopefully signaling the end of the dry beginning to this winter. The rain is expected to spread today and tonight throughout the country, and continue sporadically through Wednesday. The level of the Kinneret Sea, Israel's largest reservoir, stands at 214.41 meters below sea level, the lowest it's been since mid-January.
