Miriam Gorov, whose husband Aaron was murdered in a terror attack near Tekoa on February 25, 2002, and Tamar Fish, whose father Avraham was murdered in the same attack, have turned to the Israeli High Court of Justice requesting that Israel seek the extradition of the murderers of their loved ones. The terrorists in question, Abdul Khaddar and Anan Tanjiya, were among the 13 terrorists holed up in the Church of the Nativity in Bethlehem last April. As a result of the agreement that ended the standoff, the two were expelled to Cyprus and then transferred to Europe. The bereaved family members are calling on the High Court to reject the agreement reached between the PLO and Israel, and to extradite the terrorists to stand trial in Israel for their crimes.
