After the horrific Holocaust, the Jewish people were certain that the nations of the world would be weary of hating them. How naive Jews are! Just several days ago, foreign ministers from over 70 countries, representatives of Esau and Ishmael, met to announce once again their plans to move the Jews of Israel into a ghetto 8 miles in width from the Mediterranean Sea to the 1949 Armistice Lines, to borders which Labor Party's Abba Eban called "Auschwitz Borders."
The anti-Semitic current French President, Francois Hollande, is only following in the footsteps of the infamous Vicky government which handed over hundreds of thousands of Jewish French citizens to the Nazis for deportation and death. Both are followers of their anti-Semitic Christian forebears who murdered and burnt hundreds of thousands of Jews at the stake - men,women and children - during their Crusades to wrest the Land of Israel from Muslim control.
Anyone who saw the eagerness of the representatives of the world's nations in Paris to decide the future of the Jewish people, can imagine that if they were able to do what the Germans did only a few years ago, they would do it with the same enthusiasm and joy they evinced when they helped hasten the extermination of our six million brothers by the accursed Nazis. America's outgoing secretary of state John Kerry, who found it appropriate to sum up his years in office in a strident, rude, haughty speech filled with Jew hatred, also took the trouble to go to Paris to be best man at the wedding ceremony of hate against the Jewish people.
When President Obama was elected, everyone tried to minimize the significance of his lack of love for Jews, but after his 2009 Cairo speech and his demand that a building freeze continue in Jerusalem and Judea and Samaria, I sent out a press release, as then head of the National Union party in the Knesset:
"Someone who intends to be a voice for the deprived, people of color and the Third World, has pressured the Prime Minister of Israel to continue to uphold a racist decree that denies the minimal human rights of 400,000 Jews just because they are Jews. This is the type of decree that was the norm in anti-Semitic Europe and in Muslim countries. What would Obama say if this was done to a village lived in by blacks?"
I seem to have been the only one who saw Obama as a threat to our future in this land from the beginning. Today, most Israeli Jews agree with this opinion, especially after the anti-Israel UN Security Council Resolution 2334, cooked up by Obama and Kerry in a last-ditch attempt to destroy the Zionist Enterprise. Thank G-d, there are close to 7 million Jews in Israel, may their numbers increase. We will continue building in all of our land and especially in Judea and Samaria, the Negev, the Galilee and the Golan. We will continue to encourage our people to increase the size of their families. And we will call to our brothers in lands of plenty to come to the Holy Land en masse, to be ready at our side for the arrival of the Redemption, amen.
