Because of the many Chanukah holiday events scheduled in the capital today together with a steady flow of intelligence warnings of possible terrorism, the police originally closed the city's Teddy Stadium to today's scheduled soccer game between Beitar Jerusalem and Ashdod. Later in the morning after another major event was cancelled, the police gave their consent to open the stadium.
