The Supreme Court overturned a decision by the Jerusalem District Court, and accepted the position of the State Prosecution preventing Yehuda Etzion and three colleagues from coming near the Temple Mount. Although no Israeli Jews have been allowed to visit the holy site for over two years, the four Temple Mount loyalists are now forbidden from coming even within 50 meters of the gates during this Moslem month of Ramadan. The Prosecution convinced the Court that such proximity would endanger the public order.
