(Updated Sunday 9:30AM) An agreement was reached last night between aides representing Prime Minister Ariel Sharon and Foreign Minister Binyamin Netanyahu to hold elections for the Likud party chairmanship on November 28. The man who comes out on top will then serve as the party's candidate for Prime Minister in national elections at the end of January. Also last night, the two sides agreed on December 8, as the date for Likud members to vote for the party's list to serve in the 16th Knesset.
