Homicide bombers target civilians innocently going about their daily routines. Children are beaten to death; their bodies rendered a fragmented pulp. Unbelievably, infants are singled out for shooting murder at point-blank range. Still, the malignant parasites responsible for all this are lovingly dubbed 'freedom fighters' by the enamored media.

We know the reports coming out about Israel are clearly injected with a potent dose of anti-Israel rhetoric. Ostensibly, it is another pathetic reminder that since the current conflict re-ignited in September 2000, the Ishmaelites have been more aggressive at scoring in the diplomatic arena.

One must ask: why is the world siding with Satan and his hand puppet?

Let me state up front that I do not intend to mince words. My grievances regarding the sorry state of Israel's public relations should be taken as loving rebuke, much as a mother would address her child, essentially hoping that her offspring can learn from a thorough introspection. I pray that the Israeli government will learn from mistakes made in the past, thus turning the broadcasting tide in its favor. What is more, I hope my judicious appraisal somehow reaches the hierarchy of the Israeli government, ultimately allowing an official in the echelons of power the chance to ponder my analysis.

Firstly, we must acknowledge several points of departure. Throughout history, the Jewish nation has had to contend with a host of enemies who have desperately sought after our unmitigated annihilation. The Palestine Liberation Organization headed by Yasser Arafat is this generation's Haman/Hitler. Arafat and his henchmen are extensively financed, well equipped and very sly at playing the defenseless victim, shedding copious crocodile tears. Let us wage a verbal war by exposing the vicious realities that facilitate the opposing side's scoring a double coup in their nefarious propaganda campaign.

The Palestinians publicly claim that they wish to live in peace, side-by-side with their non-Muslim neighbors. Let us dispel this grandiose illusion by putting this conflict into the proper perspective. We see that the Islamofacists treat all differing groups residing in their midst with deadly disdain. In Lebanon, it is the Muslims versus the Christian Maronites. In Egypt, it is the Muslims versus the Christian Copts. Furthermore, the Muslims' intolerance for atypical groups exists even amongst their own sects. For instance, in the case of Iran, it is the Arab Muslims versus the Persian Muslims.

Must I really go on? Obviously, the past and the present exposes the truth that right-wing Islam refuses to co-exist with other religions, much less with that of the Jews.

In fact, the extremist Muslim's intolerance for Christianity is proved beyond the shadow of doubt by the documented savage bloodletting and destruction of non-Muslim people and their holy sites. Indeed, the barbarism of today's Jihadists is unfortunately well-known by Christians living in Muslim societies. In a recent eye-opening interview with Brigitte Gabrielle (a Maronite, formerly residing in Lebanon, and now pro-Israel activist), she exposed how, in the Lebanese civil war, entire Maronite families were mercilessly gunned down without warning. Moreover, mothers were forced at gunpoint to slaughter their own children. Still other families were forced to witness the grotesque slaying of their babies.

More recently, the genocidal ethnic cleansing in the Sudan goes on unabated. In fact, the Sudanese government encourages armed Arab militias to ride (on horseback or camelback) into defenseless Christian villages, abducting and enslaving children and gang-raping girls.

Clearly, Israel's struggle is that of humanity's as well.

In addition, the Israeli representatives (excluding a precious few) do not belong behind a microphone. Rarely do they speak lucidly about the subject at hand. Rarely do they speak with passion, as the Palestinians do. Speaking with emotion is very powerful, and the Palestinians are aware of this fact. The Palestinians have professional 'puppet masters' who maneuver the media and general public by conveying their propaganda through conjured up rage, sadness and pleas of helplessness, all the while speaking fluently, eloquently, yet aggressively. On the other hand, our PR people lack emotions even when they speak of evil personified.

For instance, when an Israeli spokesperson was asked to describe the January 29th, 2004 bus bombing as he was live on the scene, the spokesperson began: "It is a beautiful cloudless morning, very warm for this season... it is unusually quiet. Survivors lay on the ground covered with glass... every window on the bus has been blasted."

Now, I ask you, dear reader: was that sorry testimony about the weather really important? Clearly, this individual wasted precious airtime and does not belong on the PR podium. People like him would do Israel a great service if they would just bow out and take a seat.

Although I was not live on the scene, I did visit the web site of the Israeli Foreign Ministry. It was a daunting task, which falls squarely on any responsible reporter's shoulders. If I had been asked the aforementioned question, I would have responded as such: "Desperate rescue workers are moving quickly amidst the carnage. I am staring at the remains of the charred bus that was driving innocent civilians to their homes, to their families and to their schools. From the twisted wreckage, one can see entrails and flesh hanging. A person's legs are still in the bus... the rest of the body is not. A severed hand is lying on the ground... The victims' belongings are scattered, the sound of sirens, screams and the ringing of cell phones only add to the chaotic scene."

If you are outraged and thoroughly sickened at man's inhumanity, these are the emotions I was hoping would surge. We must be graphic. The world must recognize the bestiality of the slaughter. Harsh? Definitely. But we can only win the PR war if we put out verbal attack dogs.

In fact, what Israel really needs is a Jewish Donald Rumsfeld. Rummy 'the bull dog' intimidates the press corps into asking the questions he wants them to gain knowledge about. Reporters are like putty in his hands. He leads the question and answer interval and not the other way around. Moreover, when the very liberal and extremely biased media queries the Secretary of Defense in a way that is meant to portray the Bush Administration as a group of tyrants, 'Rummy' straightens them out by way of making them look utterly uninformed and pathetically foolish. Mr. Rumsfeld's fierce attitude makes him the ideal candidate for the job.

I want to see an Israeli spokesperson pull out a can of 'kick butt' when called for. Good looks, mastery of the language spoken, assertiveness, confidence and some manipulation is prerequisite.

Nobody can deny that September 11, 2001 changed the world forever. People worldwide recognizes this is a war of good versus evil. Unfortunately, some will cower when threatened (the French, the Spanish and the Filipinos). Others will seek to destroy the evil within our midst. I strongly believe those who side with the Palestinians are genuinely decent, yet misinformed. For this, we have only ourselves to blame.

To illustrate, Concordia University's Palestinian student union became famous after having held a huge protest barring the former prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, from addressing a large group of Jewish students in the main auditorium. Many wondered how the Palestinians managed to get so many non-Muslims to join the protesters. The answer? The Palestinians approached burly football players on campus and unsuspecting passersby, asking them to join in stopping a war criminal from entering the University. No other information was given. Ignorant, those approached eagerly joined the anti-Israel crowd.

In organizing pro-Israel rallies and the like, I see no reason why we should not play the same game. In fact, we do not have to fabricate or even bend the truth. Years ago, I used to apply this method when organizing anti-Oslo, pro-Israel or anti-"land-for-peace" rallies. I would approach the average non-Jew on the street, asking them to join in protesting racism against our Christian brethren, slavery in the Sudan or in favor of freedom of religion. If a Christian person started to babble about the need for a Palestinian homeland, for example, I questioned their belief in Jesus and what the Christian Bible calls prerequisites for the "Second Coming". The trick here is to not make it a Jewish issue.

I will state this once more because it is a very important point. Do not base your argument on how it affects the Jews. When speaking to a animal rights activist, talk about the abuse of animals in the territories. When speaking to African-Americans, appeal to the present genocide and slavery of Black Christians by Muslims. When speaking to a journalist, speak to the issue of physical threats and intimidation tactics facing their colleagues in the Middle East (courtesy Muslim thugs who dictate what the media will report). And when speaking to a feminist, speak of the nightmarish life Muslim women have in the Muslim world (no women's rights, women have no voice, domestic abuse, etc.).

In the end, your rally, petition or cause will seem much stronger because of the diversity and number. This results in better coverage of the event, which has many obvious benefits. Even more, the power in numbers will create fear in the hearts of those who wish ill upon us. Bullies are only strong when they smell weakness. After all, the truth is on our side and maneuvering the facts to appeal to the audience will create a bond: for the common defeat of a common enemy.

Those of you in the media applying the methods we've discussed will defeat the propaganda and recruit thousands more to our side. Remove the proverbial white gloves. Even the playing field. We will prevail.
