The outcome of the illegal international kangaroo court trial regarding Israel's security fence was foreseeable. However, the implications for American citizens, as well as any other taxpayers throughout the world, have not been explored. And these implications may spell disaster for everyone involved.
Like almost every civilized nation on this planet, Israel is building a barrier to protect her citizenry. Unlike almost every nation on this planet, Israel's civilians are under daily threat of murder. The Arabs living next to her have stated their determination to murder as many of Israel's innocent Jewish children, women, elderly and families as possible. Weekly sermons from regime-sponsored mosques call for their extermination. Summer camps teach Arab children to murder Jews in the name of Allah.
Such determination to murder people based upon their religion and/or national origin is clearly a crime of genocide as outlined by Resolution 260 (III) A of the United Nations General Assembly:
Article II: In the present Convention, genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:
(a) Killing members of the group;
(b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;
(c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;
(d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;
Article III: The following acts shall be punishable:
(a) Genocide;
(b) Conspiracy to commit genocide;
(c) Direct and public incitement to commit genocide;
(d) Attempt to commit genocide;
(e) Complicity in genocide.
To understand the looming disaster for Americans (and any other paying members of the UN), one must merely reread Article IIIe: "Complicity in Genocide."
Complicity means support, collusion or involvement. And while the United States voted against the condemnation of Israel's security fence, the US is the main funder of the UN and UN programs.
One day, this war between tiny Israel and almost every Arab nation (directly or by proxy) will be over. And like the aftermath of all modern wars, it is highly likely that complicity in war crimes will be examined. It is also highly likely that in light of these examinations, prosecutions will begin and convictions obtained. Here are some of the questions that will be asked during such prosecutions:
Was Israel's security fence erected only after the latest wave of genocide/homicide bombings began?
Yes.
Was Israel's security fence effective in preventing such genocide/homicide bombings?
Yes. It has been documented that terrorists have been unable to enter Israel to carry out murder from those areas where it was completed.
Would the destruction of such a fence increase acts of genocide?
Most probably, since where the fence is complete, no terrorist attacks are launched.
Is the Palestinian Authority deliberately and with foreknowledge involved with, harboring or inciting such genocide/homicide bombings?
Yes, it has been proven time and again.
Does the Palestinian Authority use its schools to teach Arab children to hate Israel and Jews?
Yes, it's been proven.
Who funds the Arab Palestinian schools?
In large part, the US taxpayer.
Do the official, regime-sponsored mosques of the Palestinian Authority demonize Jews, thus inciting to murder and genocide?
Yes, the proof is rampant.
Who funds the Arab Palestinian government?
The US, the EU and many other countries. The Arabs occupying Palestine have never had any legitimate financial resources of their own.
Do the official PA-sponsored media outlets such as TV, radio and newspapers demonize Jews and Israel, thus inciting to murder and genocide?
Yes. Again, the proof is rampant. And again, the funding for these comes from the US, the EU, and many other countries.
Has UNRWA been, in any way, involved in bombings of people because of their religion or national origin?
Yes. It has been proven that UNRWA is fully aware that their ambulances are used to transport bombs and terrorists. UNRWA, being a UN program, is therefore largely funded by US taxpayers as well as others.
It is a proven fact that the Palestinian Authority incites, aids and abets genocide, because it specifically targets Jews and/or Israelis, as specified by Article II of the above UN Resolution. It is also a proven fact that such behavior has not merely been documented, but widely disseminated through various public media outlets. All the funders of the Palestinian Authority are fully aware of their war crimes. And yet, the funding that allows such behavior continues.
Does the deliberate funding of an entity whose publicly-proven goal is to commit genocide or incite to genocide qualify as a war crime? Most definitely yes, under the 'Complicity' clause.
This means that any funders of the Palestinian Authority, or those agencies that help it, will be liable for complicity in war crimes. This further means that the US taxpayers (as well as any citizens of other countries who fund either the Arabs occupying Palestine or the UN) may very well be held liable for complicity in war crimes.
It is time for the US (and anyone else) who does not want to be held liable for war crimes to immediately stop funding not merely the Palestinian Authority, but the UN itself. Failure to do so will leave them liable, in the future, for perhaps trillions of dollars in reparations to the victims of Palestinian atrocities.
