Following the bombing of the Jordanian Embassy in Baghdad, Iraq, 11 a.m. on August 7th, a mob rampaged through the embassy, looting, destroying and specifically smashing pictures of King Abdullah and his father King Hussein. As many as 11 to 13 were killed, including two children, and as many as 52 to 65 wounded. One news report spoke of the shouting by the mob that they were angry that King Abdullah did not support Saddam Hussein when the Americans and British invaded. One blown-up Jordanian Embassy in Iraq does not make a coup; however, let us watch Jordan carefully for a while and see what, if any, the follow-up will be by the Palestinians.

Most of Jordan?s population are Arab Muslim Palestinians, who were supporters of Iraq?s Saddam Hussein long before the 1991 Gulf War, Desert Storm (which, coincidentally, began on Tisha B?Av of 1990. Saddam secretly began his troops advance into Kuwait on that date). Jordan, under the former King Hussein (no relation to Saddam), conducted a great deal of trade with Iraq and was dependent upon Saddam for the cheap oil he provided.

Yasser Arafat had a controlling influence over the 350,000 Palestinians working in Kuwait at the time, especially in the high-tech (or medium-tech) industries dealing with oil and infrastructure. Arafat used his Arab Palestinians as a ?fifth column? to locate targets for Saddam - such as banks (to loot), military installations, homes of Kuwaiti leaders - from bank presidents to military officers - key engineers who ran the utilities, water, sewage plants, etc.

Arafat?s Arab Palestinians met Saddam?s advance troops at the border and guided them to all these targets, generally killing all important Kuwaitis along the way. They also looted gold and currency - aimed at disposing of their accumulated debt of some $80 billion for weapons purchased from the Soviet Union, France, England, etc. James Baker III (then Secretary of State under President George H.W. Bush) could tell us a great deal about Saddam?s plans to take over Kuwait and, thereby, pay off his debt so he could start purchasing weapons on credit again - plus the materials he needed for NBC (Nuclear, Biological and Chemical) WMD (Weapons of Mass Destruction) .

Saddam was driven out of Kuwait. But Desert Storm was stopped short, allowing Saddam to go free with his Republican Guard and weapons intact, by then-President Bush, Baker and Head of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Colin L. Powell. The Kuwaitis took revenge or righteous justice. 350,000 Muslim Arab Palestinians who had worked and lived in Kuwait were captured - many tortured and killed. Kuwait ejected the rest of the 350,000 into Jordan. Kuwait understood that they could never trust the Palestinians again, particularly not while they were under the influence of Arafat.

Simultaneously, Saudi Arabia - which like Kuwait had employed Arab Muslim Palestinians across the spectrum, in aircraft maintenance, as utility workers, even as bankers - decided that the risk was too great. The had already cut off their generous funding to Arafat?s PLO in response his aligning himself with Saddam?s invasion of Kuwait. The Saudis also ejected approximately 375,000 Arab Muslim Palestinians into Jordan.

Between Kuwait?s 350,000 and Saudi?s 375,000, Jordan now had an additional 725,000 rogue Palestinians loyal to Arafat, blending into Jordan?s 70% population of seemingly pacified Palestinians.

Remember that King Hussein of Jordan and his brother had years of violence from Arafat while he and his PLO cronies lived in Jordan. After several lost wars with Israel, Arafat?s Arab Muslim Palestinians had migrated into Jordan and, under Arafat?s tutelage, began to control parts of that huge country. They strutted with their weapons around the streets of Amman (Jordan?s capital), terrifying and intimidating the local population and collecting protection graft.

Over a 17-month period, King Hussein had accumulated some 26 different agreements with Arafat to rein in his army/terrorists. All failed and Arafat became even more arrogant.

When King Hussein learned that Arafat had put out a ?kill? contract on his brother, who controlled the Jordanian Bedouin troops, in 1970, a full scale attack was ordered against Arafat and his rabble. The number of dead Palestinians is still not known, but estimates say thousands were killed. That vicious conflict was called "Black September" by Arafat. He and his remaining thugs fled - mostly into Lebanon. There he again set up a mini-terror-state, killing more than 100,000 Lebanese Christians and Muslims in the 12-year civil war caused by Arafat?s occupation, ended only by Israel?s Operation Peace for Galilee in 1982.

The attack against the Jordanian Embassy may very well be the start of a coup d?etat against King Abdullah by Yasser Arafat. This would have occurred eventually after another Arab Muslim Palestinian State was carved out of Israel - courtesy of President Bush and the "Quartet" (Secretary of State Colin L. Powell?s Arabist U.S. State Department, the anti-Israel U.N., the anti-Semitic E.U. and Russia, with its long brutal anti-Jewish history). But things sometimes change. Arafat has been somewhat sidelined, although he still really runs the show and totally controls his appointed Prime Minister Mahmoud Abbas (a.k.a. Abu Mazen). However, the future take-over of Jordan, as planned by Arafat, has likely been accelerated.

Do not be surprised to find to find other ambassadors of Arafat in Jordan laying the groundwork. His prime security force, Force 17, were the terrorists who Arafat and Abu Mazen assigned to kill the Israeli athletes at the Olympics in Munich, Germany. Also, there will be al-Aksa Brigades, Hamas, Islamic Jihad and others in Jordan acting as coordinators and insuring they get a profitable section of Jordan after the coming coup. Be assured, Arafat?s (at least) 12 separate security services will be there, operating efficiently - courtesy of CIA George Tenet?s training in weapons, electronic intercepts, interrogation and improved trade-craft (a.k.a. spying).

Arafat may very well have triggered his ?rogue? radical Islamist Palestinians, linked with other foreign terrorist cells in Jordan, to initiate the uprising by bombing the Jordanian Embassy in Iraq, leading the coming coup in Jordan. Perhaps the only ones to be surprised by an incipient coup will be President Bush, Powell, the State Department, CIA?s George Tenet and the Left-Liberal media. Those who will not be surprised will be some Israelis, Russia, France, Syria, Iran, Egypt, Libya and most of the neo-con media, such as Fox News, the Wall Street Journal, including prominent columnists such as William Safire, George Will, William Kristol, Charles Krauthammer, Cal Thomas and some others.

Arafat will not be satisfied with ?merely? the enclave called "the West Bank and Gaza". He needs lots of land for his future terror state and a large volume of people under his megalomaniacal control. Arafat has been building an arms inventory that would be envy of many Third World nations. Some may recall the hundreds of truckloads of arms transported out of man-made caves in Lebanon when Israel advanced into Lebanon in June 1982, overrunning these storage caves. Most of these arms were purchased by donor money from the U.S., Europe and the Arab nations. This continues with Arafat's using donor money to buy, build and smuggle arms into his Palestinian Authority. Remember the Karin A ship full of arms from Iran, intercepted in January '01? In this, Arafat was being assisted by the Arabists in the State Department, Saudi Arabia, Saddam of Iraq (maybe Mubarak of Egypt, the Assads of Syria and even Kadaffi of Libya). This assistance was both political and financial. Arafat's new, expanded nation would become the receptacle for all Arab Muslim Palestinians to soon be kicked out of Syria, Iraq, Iran, Lebanon, Egypt - countries that really didn?t want trouble-making Palestinians in their countries.

It would appear that, with assistance of the Bush Family "Road Map", Arafat will have both his "West Bank" and his "East Bank" State of Palestine. Both are on an accelerated time track.

The idea that Arafat?s terror factions will give up their occupation and source of vast income from donor money is naive at best, stupid at worst. Billions have poured in, buying the Palestinian leadership, and allowing gifts for all the terrorist leaders - the very best of everything in apartments, bank accounts in Europe, cars, women, etc. They are not giving all this up for what they don?t want anyway - peace.

I do not think the bombing of the Jordanian Embassy in Baghdad was an isolated incident, but was likely intended to stir up the Arab Muslim Palestinian population in Jordan.
