The President of the United States calls in John D. Negroponte, the American Ambassador to the United Nations:
"Negroponte old boy, this is what I would like you to say to General Assembly:
"Gentlemen and Ladies of the Nations of the World: It is time we addressed a few problems regarding the sacred mission we all agreed to undertake. If you recall, our purpose was to solve problems between nations. But, it seems we have become obsessed with one nation in particular - Israel.
"What is it about this one minuscule nation, consisting of only 5 million people who happen to be Jews? I believe that in the entire world there may be 13 to 16 million Jews left. Hardly a pin drop on a planet of 6 billion. What is it then that catches our attention? Is that because they have been awarded an excess of Nobel Prizes or their ability to make a lot out of a little? It can?t be the property they own. Each of the nations here who ever had a Jewish population pretty much confiscated the holdings of their Jews. Over the centuries most of you, with the exception of America, took whatever the Jews owned, including their lands, their homes, the paintings on their walls, the gold from their teeth - and, eventually, their lives.
"So, what shall we take from them now? But, before we inventory whatever they have presently built or accumulated, let us look back to see what has been missed.
"The Romans managed to pretty much clean out Solomon?s Temple, stealing candelabras, holy golden vessels. They burned the Temple on the Temple Mount (which is its only proper name). They burned the city of Jerusalem, salted the land so nothing would grow, killed or exiled all the Jews and renamed Eretz Yisrael Palestine, in order to remove any Jewish connection to the ancient Jewish land. While Rome was not the only conqueror who looted the Jews, they profited by stealing all that the Jews owned.
"All tried to take the Jews? G-d, but, unlike the solid plunder of gold or slaves, that proved elusive. So, the conquerors settled for building temples to their respective gods on Solomon?s Temple mountain - as if that absorbed the holy power of the Jewish G-d and co-mingled the religions. All wanted the G-d of the Jews, but without the Jews.
"To continue: In 1492, you Spaniards expelled your Jews, confiscated their property, reneged on the loans the Church and the Royal Aristocracy forcibly borrowed from them. You did rather well.
"We can now scrutinize Germany and most of the other European nations here in the United Nations General Assembly. Germany did exceptionally well. You managed to murder your Jews, then confiscate their homes and their businesses, with everything in them. You forced your Jews to sell their factories for virtually nothing, other than the lucky few who received tickets to take their families out - and nothing else. You, Germans, did quite well - as did most of the Europeans present in this General Assembly. Most in this Assembly have never forgiven the Jews of Israel, because they are irritating reminders who bear witness to your thievery and murder.
"Yes, we know there were some noble exceptions, but let?s deal with the culprits of today.
"The European insurance companies did well by refusing to pay death benefits after World War II to the heirs of the 6 million massacred . They still refuse to give an accurate accounting - except under extreme public pressure. The banks simply absorbed the Jews? accounts. Yes, indeed, you Germans did very well - as did the Swiss bankers who acted as your fences for the loot you Germans stole from your Jews. The Swiss desperately wish to deny culpability, even when their flagrant collaboration is exposed with irrefutable documents.
"Now we can move on to the ?gentlemen? from France. You pretty much collaborated with the Germans - although many deny their complicity. Talk to any Frenchman of that age and he will swear that he was part of the French Resistance. You French also took the Jews? apartments, factories, paintings, even as you sent them onto the Nazi trains bound for death camps. In fact, wasn?t it your President Jacques Chirac, as then-mayor of Paris who, after the war, gave away the Jews? confiscated apartments to friends, relatives and business cronies? Why, they even found a stolen Jewish painting ?accidentally? hanging on the office walls of then Prime Minister Jacques Chirac - who expressed ingenuous surprise and graciously gave it up. As collaborators, you French did rather well after the Americans drove out the Germans.
"Well, most of the other European nations present here in the UN followed the same modus operandi. You all did quite well - financially.
"Let us turn for a moment to our Arab friends here in the United Nations. I find it unnecessary to go back in time beyond 1948 - except to note two things: 1. Most of the Arab/Muslim countries here were given their borders through partition of the old Ottoman Empire by the British and French after World War I, with borders that they arbitrarily invented; and, 2. 75% of the land which was promised for a Jewish homeland in 1918, ratified by the League of Nations and the US Congress, was transferred to King Abdullah in 1922 and called Trans-Jordan.
"All you Arab countries pledged to eliminate the newly partitioned Jewish State carved out of their ancient homeland. You invaded with seven armies. You all did your best to keep your promise to drive the Jews into the sea with unremitting terrorism and the six wars you started and lost. We of the free West, in our appreciation for the oil under your feet, managed to stop the Jews and denied them victory each time you Arab countries were defeated by them.
"When you lost, out of your rage and humiliation, you forced out over 800,000 of your Jews, who had lived in Arab lands for thousands of years. Like the Europeans, you confiscated their lands, businesses, inventory, factories, bank account and, of course, cancelled any old debts you owed the Jews. You Arabs made billions in profits, but it did not quench your rage and so you spent the Billions on war after war.
"So, did we miss anything from the past? Probably. But, let us look to future opportunities.
"The Jewish people have taken a barren wasteland, as Mark Twain described it, and made the Land given in G-d?s Covenant to the Jews into a thriving, green place. They built homes, roads, planted orchards and vineyards, made worn-out soil into fertile farm lands. They brought excellent health care; established seven major universities, plus an abundance of other educational institutions; built factories of high technology - all of which acted as a magnet for Arabs to migrate in from all over the Arab world for work and health care not available in your home countries. The Jews even built Bir Zeit University for your Arab students, which soon became a terrorist rallying place. Were you grateful for the work, education, even the freedoms not available anywhere in the Arab/Muslim world? You were not! Jealousy, envy and rage were your collective reactions.
"Clearly, you expect us and the willing Europeans to assist you in once again confiscating what the Jews have built. Presumably, this will both erase the humiliation of having lost to so small a nation. Then, there would be the added humiliation to the Jewish people by confiscating their homes and filling them up with Arab Palestinians whom you don?t particularly like. Probably, you expect America to submit to the oil blackmail and to assist you in striking the Jews down.
"Would you have us forget your past and present use and sale of slaves, your persecution of Christians, your teaching of your own children to hate and even kill us Westerners and the Jews? Would you have us forget and ignore your efforts to install Islam as the religion of every nation?
"Back to business: Now that the Jews have rebuilt a barren land and made it valuable, undoubtedly, you want it. Had you not pretended to lay claim to the ancient Temple Mount of the Jews, they might have already replaced their golden vessels of service and then you could have looted the Temple like the Romans before you. But, then again, you anticipate taking their homes, factories, farms, cities and all they have built.
"Now, although most of the Arabs sit on great reserves of black gold, most have not used that power wisely. The Arab countries let their people rot in decaying cities with starving populations, but with enormous weapons accumulations. You also managed to keep the Palestinians in refugee camps, unlike the Jews, who absorbed their refugees. Even with your great oil wealth, you forced the world to pay for the upkeep of the refugees, while keeping them on display in miserable refugee camps. But, these camps had the additional value as an incubator and military training ground for terrorists, starting as young as three years old.
"Well, Ladies and Gentlemen of the United Nations, just a few more votes against Israel, and the Security Council will decide to send in "peacekeeping forces" from the soon-to-be developed EU?s Rapid Deployment Force, borrowed from NATO. Then, the small matter of driving most of the Jews from the Land G-d gave them for safe-keeping shouldn?t be too difficult. You do want to leave a remnant of Jews, so they can again re-start your economies, which you can again confiscate when they become successful.
"Well, I think that wraps up our meeting of the United Nations. Take comfort from the knowledge that, through our ?Quartet?, we are moving ahead rapidly to implement the ?Road Map?, in order to build another terrorist... I mean - another fine Arab State of Palestine, with ?democratically? elected leaders. I know we can count on you to continue voting as a consistent pro-Arab block."
