Arab sources are reporting that IDF troops have apprehended the leader of the Islamic Jihad terror organization's Bethlehem regional branch. The arrest took place in the PLO-controlled town of Obyeda. This morning's operation was the first time IDF forces entered the Bethlehem district since troops pulled out of the area under the "Gaza and Bethlehem First" in September.
