Fabulous! How is it that none of the brilliant Israeli politicians, especially those on the Left, ever figured out that there is a solution to the ongoing terrorism, carried out by the Palestinians? How can we, long-ago dubbed as the ?People of the Book? in intelligence and depth of thought, be so ignorant? How could we have missed the simplicity of a ?final solution? to the ongoing animosity and hate to which Jews in general and Israelis in particular have been subjected by the Arab world?
For a people steeped in an everlasting thought process, invention and creation, missing such a clear answer is tantamount to outright stupidity. Not envisioning the calm, peace and prosperity that will envelope the Middle East following the implementation of the solution is, clearly, a misdeed of criminal proportions.
The solution has been hinted at many times before by esteemed Israeli leaders such as Shimon Peres, Binyamin Ben-Eliezer, Haim Ramon, Yossi Sarid, Ra?anan Cohen and many others, including Prime Minister Sharon. Yet, the possibility and ease of implementing the solution was only yesterday placed on the table. Refining Ra?anan Cohen's lament that the settlers are "despicable" and "responsible for the Hevron Massacre", Amram Mitzna has unequivocally declared that the solution is, finally, at hand.
?I will pull out of Gaza and uproot all settlements there,? was Mitzna's rallying cry in his bid for election as head of the morally bankrupt Labor Party. Voicing his desire for Israel's unilateral retreat from all territories and the uprooting of all Jewish settlements put the seal on the solution envisioned in Oslo by its criminal architects. A ?final solution? to Jewish settlement is to be carried out by Jews against their fellow Jews in order to appease an enemy whose vision for peace is a Judenrein Middle East.
How fortunate we are that such brilliance has sprouted from amongst us! Retreating from our G-d-given lands, now named "PA territories", along with Israel's hurried evacuation, tail between her legs, from Lebanon, are concrete stepping stones to the complete evacuation of Jews from all of the Holy Land being claimed by the Arabs. Although Mitzna can not claim the honor of authoring the "final solution" to the Jewish problem in Israel, he can lay claim to whatever disaster will develop from these asinine and irresponsible remarks. Elected or not, his words are another nail in the coffin being prepared by our enemies; hearing those ominous words from a former army general solidifies the wall of hate being erected. His irresponsible, election-motivated words, as those of his cohorts in this crime against their own, hurt more than anything the Arabs devise in their ghoulish attempt to eradicate Israel.
Many years ago, in 1948, as Israel declared its independence, a very smart man saw the future and his words resonate loud and clear today, as if uttered but a few minutes ago. Witnessing the great joy exhibited on that occasion, the man bitterly lamented to those who'd listen: ?The Zionists created the State of Israel, and the Zionists will tear it apart.? How woefully prophetic. How bitterly true.
