On June 12, 2002, a 42-member combined delegation from Bnai Brith Canada and Christians for Israel Canada visited the College of Judea & Samaria (CJS) in Ariel. The group, led by Bnai Brith executive vice president Frank Dimant, is visiting Israel as part of a solidarity mission. The delegation is part of a larger "historic alliance" between the two groups aimed at improving Canadian support for Israel, and at fostering interfaith relations. Following the CJS visit, the delegation met with Ariel Mayor Ron Nachman.

Dimant mentioned several objectives for the alliance and combined delegation. According to Dimant, the first objective is to, "bring together Jews and Christians for joint missions to travel throughout Israel." Dimant stated the second objective to be the development of, "educational programs in which members of B'nai Brith speak at churches, and Christians speak at synogogues." He added that, "it is imperative for the Jewish community to understand that there are Christians who are totally committed to the safety and welfare of the State of Israel." Dimant added a third goal of lobbying the Canadian Government with an aim of improving its policies toward Israel.

Dean Bye, the International Vice - President of Christians for Israel, expressed, "to go through Israel together with Jews brought a greater reality. It was absolutely amazing." Quoting the Bible, Bye added: "Those who bless Israel will be blessed, and those who curse it will be cursed...".
