?Project One Percent? is the name of a new initiative by students attending Yeshiva University in New York, which is designed to raise funds for the families of the victims of the past 20 months of the Arab terrorist war on Israel. The project?s name comes from the core of the initiative, which is to encourage high school and college students, in America and elsewhere, to donate at least 1% of their summer income to the Israel Emergency Solidarity Fund ? One Family (IESF). Appropriately, the initiative was officially launched on Israeli Independence Day.
