A newspaper put out by the Political Indoctrination Department of the Palestinian Authority, a-Sabah, gave voice to Arabs from Jordan who claim to have lived in the Ein Karem neighborhood of Jerusalem prior to 1948. The internet edition of the newspaper from mid-May excerpted a letter from those Arabs wherein they call for the elimination of the State of Israel, the transfer of its Jews to Europe and its transformation into another Arab state.

The 3-stage plan of extermination is laid out in the letter, as follows: ?The first step to abolish the Zionist entity is to disarm it of weapons of mass destruction, the second and crucial step - agreement by the countries of the Western world to receive the Jews currently residing upon the land of Palestine. The third and final step - dismantling Israel and the return of the original residents of Palestine to their homes and their land.? It is, in the view of the authors of the letter, in the hands of Arab and Moslem leaders to carry through the plan. ?The Arab and Muslim leaders must stop dealing with the illusions of peace, to respond to the demands of the nations and cease normalization with the ?Jewish State? and end all channels opened with it,? the Jordanian residents propose as a first stage.

Failing to eliminate the Jewish state, the Arab writers state, will lead to a massive international war. ?Countries of the world should act to abolish the State of Israel,? the letter says, ?in order to preserve world peace and its security and to prevent a world war that causes destruction and catastrophe to all humanity.?

England and the United Nations are called upon by the letter writers, and through them by a-Sabah, to reverse international recognition of Israel. ?England needs to change its former decision regarding the founding of the state of Israel and to withdraw its recognition of Israel?? This step would ?atone for its sin against the rights of the people of Palestine (as a result of the establishment of the state of Israel).? The United Nations is called upon to vote for the extermination of a member state and the forced transfer of its Jewish population. ?The United Nations,? the a-Sabah letter continues, ?must rescind the partition resolution 181 (from 1947) and replace it with a decision that will eliminate the state of Israel and return the Jewish immigrants to the countries of their origin.?
