An unnamed Western law enforcement agency has signed a deal to purchase several million dollars worth of monitoring equipment from Nice Systems, an Israeli manufacturer of digital recording systems. The Western agency will be implementing the company?s NiceTrack system in order to monitor telecommunications in its jurisdiction. The Israeli equipment is designed to provide monitoring, recording, information management, system administration, analysis and reporting for law enforcement agencies such as the current client.



In reaction to the Nice Systems announcement of the deal, the company?s share prices jumped significantly.
