According to the article, the PLO understanding of the Saudi Initiative is that ?the main purpose of this initiative is not the immediate normalization with Israel, but protecting the Palestinian People, implementing the relevant UN resolutions, and Israeli withdrawal from all the occupied Arab lands since 1967?? Once that is accomplished, ?then we'll be able to have normal relations with Israel,? declares the editorial.
