The recognized product, RADCOM's VoIP Performer, is used to generate realistic stress levels of calls and then test these calls, giving service providers the necessary tools to analyze most aspects of VoIP equipment.

The products nominated to receive the Circle of Excellence Award are judged by members of Photonics Spectra magazine?s Editorial Advisory Board. LaserComm, with headquarters and manufacturing facilities in Texas and a product development and photonic research center in Tel Aviv, won the prestigious award for its Hi-Mode Dispersion Management Device (DMD). The product was recognized for its breakthrough technology in high-order mode physics, which prevents data errors in optical networks. Another winner of the Circle of Excellence Award was the Israeli firm, CogniTens. It received the award in recognition of the company?s Optigo 100E 3D Measurement System, a portable measurement system that collects 2D image and extrapolates the information in the image to a 3D model, in real time and with an accuracy of 20 microns.
